As a leading de-armouring expert, and someone who has been teaching professionals for 10 years and as someone who has lived this work for the last 17 years, I have a deep embodied capacity and understanding. Through the dark nights of the soul, my own trauma rewiring, the impossible decisions, the loneliness of building something real on my own, and the moments when everything fell apart and I still had to lead. I know the lowest lows and the highest highs from the inside.
