I AM PASSIONATE ABOUT LEADERSHIP.
Leadership is what shapes our world. My work is about embodied leadership and exploring where we lead from and what do we create with our precious life force.
Through diving deep into embodiment arts, de-armouring amd tantric sexolgy, I have myself cultivated a surrendered leadership practice that have given me the ability to manifest in a new way that goes beyond my own mind.
I BELIEVE EVERYTHING HAPPENING ON THE MACRO LEVEL, IS FIRST WRITTEN IN THE MICRO.
How we lead the world begins with how we lead ourselves, from the body.
My bodies of work evolve around unique bodies of work called HEA De-armouring, HEA Tantric sexology, and Soul-led business creation
My bodies of work are all contributing to that evolution: supporting and actually changing how leaders lead from the inside out. From fight flight to embodied wisdom.
To a more body sustainable, soulful filling and rich juicy way where life challenges you but how you meet those challenges comes from a much deeper capacity.
This is what I have devoted my life to. For you, as a leader of the future, through embodied leadership.
I am Riihannon. Danish, based on Fyn.
For 17 years I have walked the path of soul-led and embodied entrepreneurship, built 2 successful business, and reached over 10,000 people through my work.
Today I work with seasons facilitators, visionary leaders and legacy builders who are ready to lead from embodiment rather than performance.
WHAT I do:

WHY I DO THIS WORK
I do not only teach and study this. I live it. Everything I offer was born on my own path, from deep disconnection, depression and survival, to aliveness, pleasure, truth and power. to a new type of leadership.
The turning point came when I opened my body fully through de-armouring and tantric practice. It did not stop at my intimacy. It redefined my leadership, my business, how I create and where I lead from.
That is why I can meet you where most people cannot. I have been in the depths, and I have built a life and a body of work out the other side. I am not speaking about this from theory.
We are standing at the edge of a new era of leadership, one of embodied integrity and real sustainability. And it is a complex time to lead. The decisions are heavier, the pace is faster, and most leaders are still trying to meet it the old way: by overriding the body, pushing through, leading from the head and from force until something breaks.
There is another way.
It asks us to stop overriding ourselves and to relearn a wisdom most leadership has trained us out of, the deeper, feminine intelligence that listens before it acts, that reads the body, that knows the difference between force and true power. This is not soft. It is the most sustainable strength there is, and it is available to every leader, in any body.
This is the level I work at with you. Not surface strategy. The place you actually lead from.
THE LEADERS I SERVE
You are a leader and visionary. You hold a great deal, and you carry a lot of it alone. You lead people, you lead work that matters, and you move through complex decisions and choices most people never see the weight of.
And somewhere underneath it, there is a quieter truth: it is rare that anyone truly holds you. Sees you. Meets you at the level you actually live at. You are the one who holds everyone else.
That is where I come in. I am here for you, as one human beside another, through all of it. Through life. Through business. Through the choices only you can make. Through peer to peer level mentorship, and through the de-armouring and embodiment immersions where the real, body-level work happens. Not to put you on a pedestal, and not to be put on one myself. To meet you.
Because we are at a real threshold, and the leaders who carry us through it will not be the ones leading from the head and from force. I am here to serve the new paradigm.
